Ladies & Gents:
Two more days and I am outta here on my two week (and then some) vacation. Am I excited? Yes. Do I have an awful lot of work to do before I go, especially now that my travel date has been pushed up because of this possible storm? Er, yeah. But hey at least I have a new Jeep soft top, which was given to me for free (!!) by a fellow Jeep enthusiast, so if it does snow, I won't get snowed on while inside the car.
Now, let's hop to it. Two big pieces of book news:
1. Running: A Love Story now has a website! It's pretty. I'm excited. The site also shares, for the first time, what some very talented and kind people had to say about the book. I'm so incredibly fortunate to have their support. Their work is awesome too, so if you're looking for something to read, check them out:

What I'm Reading
Elizabeth Gilbert's The Signature of All Things. Another book that's long been on "to read" list. I'd like to finish it before I go, both because it's very good so far and also because I don't want to be carrying that heavy hardback all over the east coast of the United States.
What I'm Watching
I finally finally saw Star Wars: The Force Awakens. I thoroughly enjoyed it and can't wait for the next installment. I also watched The Bling Ring. I listened to the audiobook version on my road trip to Canada, so it was an easy thing to have on while cross stitching. And then there's Inside Out, which of course had me in tears. I'm still working through Murdoch Mysteries, which keeps getting better. I love the feminist streak in it. Bravo, CBC. Bravo.
I don't know if there will be a full newsletter next week given that I will be in the happiest place on earth*, but I'll send something around either way.
