Ladies & Gents:
Has the Pope left? Is it safe for me to come out yet?
Just kidding, but I did jettison from my charming little train-adjacent suburb for the weekend and instead ran the Beat the Blerch 10k in Morristown, N.J., then spent the rest of the weekend at my friends’ beach house in Pt. Pleasant. That is a terrible photo of me finishing the race, but I’m sharing it because:
- LOOK AT THAT SHIRT. I’m fancy. Yes it’s a tech shirt. It was a Brooks giveaway. To find one, I advise you to turn to the interwebs.
- In the 10k, I finished 98th out of 1000+ runners – both genders. I’m pretty sure I have a future in trails. I’m shifting the rest of my fall race calendar to find out.
It was a fun weekend, but exhausting. I came home this morning and am trying to catch up – but I didn’t want to leave you hanging, dear readers. And now – onto the clips!
Oh and one more thing: the book cover is *almost* final. It’s gorgeous. I can’t wait to share.
“Ocean City’s Half Marathon is no idle Rumor” for The Philadelphia Inquirer
“Is a lack of enterprise apps killing BYOD?” for CIO.com
I was also interviewed here about my life/job/and interaction with PR people (mostly what makes me crazy about bad PR people).
What I’m Reading & What I’m Watching
No change from last week. I’ve been busy!
