Pretty right? I had a weekend adventure in Ricketts Glenn State Park, where not only did I hike 20 miles over two days, but it snowed. Snowed! Or, more likely, what we saw was graupel – all while the sun was out. Pretty wild. Gorgeous park. Check out my Instagram feed for more pictures and a video. I couldn't run in the Runner's World races this weekend because my knee's still a bit banged up, but I'm glad I decided to getaway for a few days and see something new instead.
Onto the clips! Or, er, clip. I've just wrapped up three big stories that won't appear for a while. Such is the freelance life.

What I'm Reading
Over the weekend, I wrapped up Elizabeth Gilbert's Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear, and I'm onto Shades of Blue: Writers on Depression, Suicide, and Feeling Blue. They're…a bit different in tone.
What I'm Watching
I finished the first season of The Flash. Excuse my language, but holy shit! The friend who pressed me to watch this said it'd pick up after the seventh episode. It didn't just pick up. It went into the stratosphere. It's not what I expected at all – and I loved it. I haven't started anything else since. I may keep rolling in that university by starting Arrow. We'll see. One more thing: on Wednesday, I saw the Benedict Cumberbatch's Hamlet. Very intense with some interesting interpretations (I prefer to see the comedies "live," but when Hamlet is on, you…see Hamlet). Most U.S. theaters with the simulcast showed it on Wednesday, but some showings are still ahead. Check here for those.
